For the Fruit Salad:

2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup grapes (red or green), halved

1 cup pineapple, diced

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup mango, diced

1 cup oranges or mandarin slices

1 banana, sliced (add just before serving)

For the Honey-Lime Dressing:

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon lime zest

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Fruit:

    • Wash, peel, and chop all the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
    • Place the fruit in a large mixing bowl.
  • Make the Dressing:

    • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Mix It Up:
