Description

This White Christmas Punch is a smooth, creamy, and slightly tropical holiday drink that’s perfect for both kids and adults. Made with a mix of pineapple juice, coconut, and vanilla flavors, it’s a wintery treat that looks as magical as freshly fallen snow. Serve it as-is for a non-alcoholic version, or add a splash of rum for an adult-friendly twist!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups pineapple juice (chilled)
  • 2 cups white cranberry juice (chilled)
  • 2 cups coconut milk (or half-and-half for a richer texture)
  • 1 cup ginger ale or lemon-lime soda (chilled)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Ice cubes

For Garnish:

  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Shredded coconut (for a snowy effect)
  • Cranberries or pomegranate seeds (for color)
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix the Punch Base:

    • In a large punch bowl or pitcher, whisk together pineapple juice, white cranberry juice, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until well combined.
  2. Add Fizz & Ice:

    • Stir in the ginger ale or lemon-lime soda just before serving.
    • Add ice cubes to keep it chilled.
  3. Serve & Garnish:

    • Pour into glasses or a punch bowl.
    • Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with shredded coconut, and add a few cranberries or pomegranate seeds for a festive touch.
  4. Enjoy!

    • Serve immediately and watch it disappear!

Notes

Make It Boozy: Add ½ to 1 cup of white rum, coconut rum, or vanilla vodka for an adult version.

Dairy-Free Option: Use full-fat coconut milk instead of half-and-half.

Make Ahead: Mix everything except the soda and ice, then refrigerate. Add soda and ice before serving.
