Description

This White Chocolate Mint Fudge is silky, sweet, and infused with a refreshing mint flavor. Swirled with green food coloring for a festive touch, it’s a no-bake treat that’s easy to make and perfect for holidays or gifting!


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Green sprinkles or crushed peppermint candies (for topping)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan:
  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • Melt the Fudge Mixture:
  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  • Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
  • Add Flavoring & Color:
  • Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • If using food coloring, add a few drops of green food coloring and swirl lightly for a marbled effect.
  • Pour & Set:
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle with green sprinkles or crushed peppermint candies for extra decoration.
  • Chill:
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Cut & Serve:
  • Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into small squares.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, fold in chopped peppermint candies or crushed Oreos.
  • Want a chocolate twist? Swirl in some melted dark chocolate for a mint-chocolate combo!
