- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans (toasted for extra flavor)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare the pan – Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- Melt the fudge base – In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.

- Cut & serve – Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares. Enjoy!
Notes
- For salted caramel fudge, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before chilling.
- Swap pecans for walnuts or almonds if preferred.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
