- 1 cup raspberries

- For Topping:
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients – If using cake, cut it into small cubes. Wash and dry all berries.
- Sweeten Yogurt (Optional) – Mix vanilla yogurt with honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
- Layer the Trifle – In a glass or trifle dish, layer as follows:
- 1/3 of the granola or cake
- 1/3 of the yogurt
- 1/3 of the mixed berries
- Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Final Touches – Top with whipped cream, extra berries, and a sprig of mint.
- Chill & Serve – Best enjoyed immediately, but can be refrigerated for up to 2 hours before serving.
