Description

hese Valentine’s Day s’mores are a cute and delicious way to celebrate love! Made with graham crackers, chocolate, and heart-shaped marshmallows, they can be made in the oven, microwave, or over a fire.


Ingredients

  • 8 graham cracker squares (or heart-shaped cookies)
  • 4 heart-shaped marshmallows (strawberry-flavored or regular)
  • 4 squares of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate
  • Sprinkles or melted chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  • Oven Method:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Assemble the s’mores:
  • Place 4 graham cracker squares on a baking sheet.
  • Top each with a piece of chocolate and a heart-shaped marshmallow.
  • Bake for 3-5 minutes, until the marshmallow puffs up.
  • Remove from the oven and top with the remaining graham crackers.
  • (Optional) Drizzle with melted chocolate and add sprinkles for extra decoration.
  • Microwave Method:
  • Place one graham cracker, chocolate, and a marshmallow on a microwave-safe plate.
  • Microwave for 10-15 seconds, until the marshmallow expands.
  • Remove and immediately top with another graham cracker.
  • Campfire or Stovetop Method:
  • Roast the heart marshmallow over a flame until golden.
  • Sandwich between graham crackers and chocolate.
  • Enjoy the ooey-gooey goodness!

Notes

  • Swap graham crackers for chocolate-covered cookies for extra decadence.
  • Use raspberry or white chocolate for a unique flavor twist!
  • If you can’t find heart-shaped marshmallows, cut regular marshmallows into heart shapes using scissors.
