Description

Decadent chocolate brownies with a gooey peanut butter swirl, perfect for any peanut butter lover!

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • For the Peanut Butter Swirl:
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • 1. Prep & Preheat:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  • 2. Make the Brownie Batter:
  • 2. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • 3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined.
  • 4. In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  • 5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • 3. Make the Peanut Butter Swirl:
  • 6. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  • 4. Assemble & Bake:
  • 7. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
  • 8. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter mixture over the batter. Use a knife to swirl it into the brownies.
  • 9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • 10. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra peanut butter flavor, add peanut butter chips to the batter.
