- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1/4 cup ham slices
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for brushing)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about 12×16 inches.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about 1 inch around the edges.
- Layer on the mozzarella, provolone, pepperoni, sausage, ham, bell peppers, red onion, and black olives.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder evenly over the filling.
- Carefully roll the dough lengthwise into a tight log. Pinch the edges to seal and tuck the ends under.
- Place the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with egg wash and optionally drizzle with olive oil.
- Cut 3-4 small slits on top to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, slice, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
