For the Roll-Ups:
- 8 slices roasted turkey breast (deli-style or leftover roasted turkey)
- 2 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup turkey gravy (plus more for serving)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter (for greasing the dish)
For the Gravy (If Making Fresh):
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup turkey or chicken broth
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
2️⃣ Assemble the Roll-Ups:
- Lay a turkey slice flat and place 2-3 tablespoons of stuffing in the center.
- Roll the turkey around the stuffing, seam side down.
- Place the roll-ups in the prepared baking dish.
3️⃣ Add Cheese & Gravy:
- If using cheese, sprinkle it over the roll-ups.
- Drizzle ½ cup of gravy over the top.
4️⃣ Bake:
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes until heated through.
5️⃣ Make the Gravy (If Needed):
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly add broth, whisking constantly until smooth.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened, then season with salt and pepper.
6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!
- Drizzle extra gravy over the roll-ups and serve warm.
