Description

⭐ Juicy turkey slices wrapped around savory stuffing and baked to perfection! Served with a drizzle of gravy, these roll-ups are a comforting, easy meal for any time of year.


Ingredients

For the Roll-Ups:

  • 8 slices roasted turkey breast (deli-style or leftover roasted turkey)
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup turkey gravy (plus more for serving)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter (for greasing the dish)

For the Gravy (If Making Fresh):

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup turkey or chicken broth
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat & Prep:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a baking dish with butter.

2️⃣ Assemble the Roll-Ups:

  • Lay a turkey slice flat and place 2-3 tablespoons of stuffing in the center.
  • Roll the turkey around the stuffing, seam side down.
  • Place the roll-ups in the prepared baking dish.

3️⃣ Add Cheese & Gravy:

  • If using cheese, sprinkle it over the roll-ups.
  • Drizzle ½ cup of gravy over the top.

4️⃣ Bake:

  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes until heated through.

5️⃣ Make the Gravy (If Needed):

  • In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Slowly add broth, whisking constantly until smooth.
  • Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened, then season with salt and pepper.

6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!

  • Drizzle extra gravy over the roll-ups and serve warm.

Notes

  • Swap turkey for chicken if preferred.
  • Use homemade or boxed stuffing—both work great!
