Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Roll Out the Dough:
- Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough into a 10×14-inch rectangle.
- Layer the Fillings:
- Evenly sprinkle mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan cheese over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Add a layer of pepperoni slices, making sure they are spread evenly.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes over the filling.
- Roll It Up:
- Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log, sealing the edges by pinching them shut.
- Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush & Bake:
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush it over the stromboli.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
- Using a sharp knife, cut 3-4 small slits on top to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
- Slice & Serve:
- Let it cool for 5 minutes, then slice into pieces.
- Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
Notes
- Add extra toppings like black olives, mushrooms, or cooked sausage for variety.
- Use crescent roll dough instead of pizza dough for a flakier texture.
- Swap mozzarella for cheddar or pepper jack for a fun twist.
