- 1 (20 oz) package fresh cheese ravioli (or your favorite flavor)
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the Traeger Grill
- Set your Traeger to 375°F and allow it to preheat for 15 minutes with the lid closed.
- Use mild wood pellets like oak, hickory, or cherry for the best flavor.
2. Prepare the Breading
- In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Place the flour in a third bowl.
3. Coat the Ravioli
- Dip each ravioli into the flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip into the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb-parmesan mixture.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Smoke & Grill the Ravioli
- Lightly brush both sides of the breaded ravioli with olive oil.
- Place the ravioli directly on the Traeger grill grates.
- Smoke for 15 minutes, then increase the heat to 400°F and grill for 5-10 more minutes until golden and crispy.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot with warm marinara sauce for dipping!

- Use meat or spinach ravioli for different flavors.
- If you want extra crispiness, finish with a quick broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
