Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 (20 oz) package fresh cheese ravioli (or your favorite flavor)
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Traeger Grill

  • Set your Traeger to 375°F and allow it to preheat for 15 minutes with the lid closed.
  • Use mild wood pellets like oak, hickory, or cherry for the best flavor.

2. Prepare the Breading

  • In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
  • In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • Place the flour in a third bowl.

3. Coat the Ravioli

  • Dip each ravioli into the flour, shaking off excess.
  • Dip into the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb-parmesan mixture.
  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4. Smoke & Grill the Ravioli

  • Lightly brush both sides of the breaded ravioli with olive oil.
  • Place the ravioli directly on the Traeger grill grates.
  • Smoke for 15 minutes, then increase the heat to 400°F and grill for 5-10 more minutes until golden and crispy.

5. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  • Serve hot with warm marinara sauce for dipping!

Notes

  • Use meat or spinach ravioli for different flavors.
  • If you want extra crispiness, finish with a quick broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

  • Leftovers? Reheat on the Traeger or in an air fryer to keep them crispy.
