- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the Traeger – Set your Traeger grill to 375°F and preheat with the lid closed for about 15 minutes.
- Prepare the Tomato Topping – In a bowl, mix diced cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, fresh basil, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Grill the Bread – Brush both sides of the baguette slices with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place them directly on the Traeger grill grates and cook for 3–5 minutes per side until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Assemble – Remove the toasted bread from the grill and lightly rub each piece with a garlic clove for extra flavor. Spoon the tomato mixture over each slice. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
- Serve & Enjoy – Serve immediately while warm and crispy!

- You can add a smoky depth by roasting the tomatoes on the Traeger for 10 minutes before mixing.
- For extra flavor, use a flavored wood pellet like cherry or hickory.
