This fresh and simple Tomato Avocado Salad is loaded with juicy tomatoes, creamy avocados, red onion, and a zesty lime dressing. It’s the perfect healthy side dish that comes together in minutes and pairs well with just about anything!
Ingredients

2 large ripe avocados, diced

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved (or use any ripe tomatoes, chopped)

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (or lemon juice)

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, halved tomatoes, and sliced red onion.

Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.

Add chopped cilantro, then gently toss everything together until evenly coated.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve immediately, or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for extra flavor.
