Description

  • For Topping:
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Cook spaghetti 1 minute less than package instructions (it will finish baking in the oven). Drain and set aside.
  • Make the Alfredo Sauce:
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Toss the cooked spaghetti in the Alfredo sauce and mix well.
  • Prepare the Meat Sauce:
  • In another skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Assemble the Casserole:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Spread the Alfredo-coated spaghetti evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Pour the meat sauce over the pasta and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
