Description

A viral twist on instant ramen, stir-fried in a flavorful soy-butter sauce with eggs and chili flakes. Ready in minutes and perfect for a quick meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 pack instant ramen (discard seasoning packet)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1/2 tsp Everything Bagel seasoning (optional, for extra crunch)

Instructions

  • Cook the Ramen: Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce: In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds.
  • Add Flavor: Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 30 seconds until combined.
  • Scramble the Egg: Push the sauce to one side of the pan, crack in the egg, and scramble until just set.
  • Toss the Noodles: Add the drained noodles to the pan and mix well until coated in the sauce.
  • Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds, green onions, and Everything Bagel seasoning. Enjoy hot!
