- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
- 1/2 tsp Everything Bagel seasoning (optional, for extra crunch)
Instructions
- Cook the Ramen: Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds.
- Add Flavor: Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 30 seconds until combined.
- Scramble the Egg: Push the sauce to one side of the pan, crack in the egg, and scramble until just set.
- Toss the Noodles: Add the drained noodles to the pan and mix well until coated in the sauce.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds, green onions, and Everything Bagel seasoning. Enjoy hot!
