These Valentine’s Day Oreo M&M’s Cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with crushed Oreos, festive pink and red M&M’s, and melty chocolate chips. They’re the perfect sweet treat for Valentine’s Day!

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s (pink, red, and white)
- 10 Oreo cookies (roughly crushed into chunks)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients – In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream Butter & Sugars – In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add Eggs & Vanilla – Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Combine & Fold In Goodies – Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips, M&M’s, and crushed Oreos.
- Scoop & Bake – Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Press extra M&M’s on top for a festive look.
- Bake – Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden but centers still look soft.
- Cool & Enjoy – Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- Swap Oreos for Golden Oreos or red velvet Oreos for a twist!
- Want thicker cookies? Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
