This rich and creamy hot chocolate is made right in the slow cooker! It’s the perfect drink for cold nights, holiday gatherings, or cozy movie marathons. With real chocolate, heavy cream, and a touch of vanilla, it’s truly decadent!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for a warm flavor)

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients – In a crockpot, whisk together milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • Add chocolate – Stir in the chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
  • Slow cook – Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to help the chocolate melt evenly.
  • Whisk and serve – Once the chocolate is fully melted and the hot chocolate is smooth, whisk well and serve warm.
