A flavorful, all-natural spice blend that’s better than store-bought and free from additives!
Ingredients

- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika (smoked or regular)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
Instructions
- Mix the Spices – In a small bowl or jar, combine all the ingredients. Stir well or shake to mix evenly.
- Store – Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
- Use – Use about 2 tablespoons per 1 pound of meat or to taste for other dishes.
Notes
- Make it smoky: Add ½ teaspoon of chipotle powder.
- Salt-free option: Omit salt for a low-sodium version.
- Bulk batch: Double or triple the recipe to keep on hand for quick meals!
