Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked or regular)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Store – Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

  • Use – Use about 2 tablespoons per 1 pound of meat or to taste for other dishes.

Notes

  • Make it smoky: Add ½ teaspoon of chipotle powder.
  • Salt-free option: Omit salt for a low-sodium version.
