- 12 ice cream sandwiches (any variety you like)
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream (or any flavor you prefer)
- 1/2 cup mini M&Ms (or regular M&Ms, chopped)
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1/4 cup whipped cream (optional for topping)
- 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional for extra fun)
Instructions

- Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or plastic wrap for easy removal.
- Place a layer of ice cream sandwiches at the bottom of the dish, fitting them together to cover the base completely.
- Soften the vanilla ice cream slightly (for easier spreading) and spread it evenly over the layer of ice cream sandwiches.
- Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the ice cream, then sprinkle with M&Ms.
- Add another layer of ice cream sandwiches on top, pressing them gently into the ice cream layer.
- Top the second layer with more chocolate syrup, M&Ms, and sprinkles if using.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream if desired, and drizzle with extra chocolate syrup.
- Slice into squares and serve!
