Description

This Super Easy M&M Ice Cream Sandwich Cake is the perfect no-bake dessert for any occasion! Layers of ice cream sandwiches are topped with creamy ice cream, drizzled with chocolate syrup, and sprinkled with colorful M&Ms for a fun and festive treat. Quick to assemble and sure to please everyone!

  • 12 ice cream sandwiches (any variety you like)
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream (or any flavor you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup mini M&Ms (or regular M&Ms, chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream (optional for topping)
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional for extra fun)

Instructions

  • Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or plastic wrap for easy removal.
  • Place a layer of ice cream sandwiches at the bottom of the dish, fitting them together to cover the base completely.
  • Soften the vanilla ice cream slightly (for easier spreading) and spread it evenly over the layer of ice cream sandwiches.
  • Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the ice cream, then sprinkle with M&Ms.
  • Add another layer of ice cream sandwiches on top, pressing them gently into the ice cream layer.
  • Top the second layer with more chocolate syrup, M&Ms, and sprinkles if using.
  • Freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  • Before serving, top with whipped cream if desired, and drizzle with extra chocolate syrup.
  • Slice into squares and serve!

  • You can swap the vanilla ice cream for chocolate, cookies and cream, or any other favorite flavor.
  • For a richer flavor, use caramel or hot fudge sauce instead of chocolate syrup.
  • If you prefer a thicker cake, add more layers of ice cream sandwiches and ice cream.
