- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)
For the Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
