Description

These adorable Strawberry Santas are a fun, no-bake holiday treat made with fresh strawberries and a sweet, creamy filling. They’re easy to make and perfect for Christmas parties, dessert trays, or a festive snack!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 12 large strawberries
  • 4 oz (1/2 cup) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Mini chocolate chips (for eyes)

Instructions

  • Prep the strawberries – Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut off the leafy tops to create a flat base. Then, slice off the top third of each strawberry to make the “Santa hat.”
  • Make the filling – In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with a small corner cut off.
  • Assemble Santa’s body – Pipe a small dollop of filling onto the base of each strawberry. Place the “hat” (top of the strawberry) on top.
  • Add details – Pipe a tiny dot of cream onto the tip of the hat for the pom-pom. Use mini chocolate chips for the eyes.
  • Serve & enjoy! – Keep chilled until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut whipped cream.
  • If the filling is too soft, refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before piping.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
