Description

A light, creamy, no-bake dessert made with fresh strawberries, Cool Whip, and marshmallows. Perfect for potlucks, BBQs, or an easy sweet treat!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla or strawberry pudding mix (dry, do not prepare)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (3 oz) box strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix the pudding – In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for 2 minutes to thicken.
  • Add gelatin – Sprinkle in the strawberry Jell-O powder and stir until well combined.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip – Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fluffy and fully incorporated.
  • Add mix-ins – Stir in the strawberries, marshmallows, pineapple, and nuts (if using).
  • Chill & serve – Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the best flavor.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture: Add ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt.
  • Want more fruit? Mix in banana slices or mandarin oranges.
  • Make it ahead! This fluff stays fresh in the fridge for up to 2 days.
