For the Dough:

- 1 cup warm whole milk (110°F)

- Activate the Yeast:
- In a small bowl, combine the warm milk and a pinch of sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and let it sit for 15 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- Prepare the Dough:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, mix together the flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the activated yeast mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix on medium speed until a dough forms.
- Gradually add the softened butter, one tablespoon at a time, mixing continuously.
- Continue kneading the dough in the mixer until it becomes smooth, glossy, and elastic, pulling away from the sides of the bowl.
- First Rise:
- Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Shape the Rolls:
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a large rectangle, approximately ¼-inch thick.
- Evenly spread the strawberry jam over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Starting from the long side, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 12 equal slices.
- Second Rise:
- Place the rolls cut-side up in a greased 9×13-inch baking pan, leaving space between them.
- Cover the pan with a kitchen towel and let the rolls rise for another 30-45 minutes, or until puffy.
- Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Prepare the Coating:
