- 1 lb (450g) fresh strawberries (about 20-24 large strawberries)
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (50g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup (30g) graham cracker crumbs
- (Optional) Melted chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
Prepare the Strawberries
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Cut off the tops and hollow out the center using a small knife or a melon baller.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy.
3. Fill the Strawberries
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into the hollowed-out strawberries.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
4. Chill & Serve
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate for extra indulgence (optional).
Notes
- For a healthier version, use Greek yogurt instead of heavy cream.
- Want a crunch? Add crushed nuts or mini chocolate chips on top.
