Description

A creamy, dreamy dessert salad loaded with fresh strawberries and a luscious cheesecake-flavored dressing. Perfect for potlucks, barbecues, or a sweet treat anytime!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or 8 oz whipped topping)
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional, for a crunchy cheesecake twist)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form (if using whipped topping, skip this step).
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  • Add the sliced strawberries and mini marshmallows, stirring gently to coat everything in the creamy dressing.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  • Just before serving, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top for an extra cheesecake touch!

Notes

  • Use whipped topping instead of heavy cream for a quicker version.
  • You can add other fruits like bananas, blueberries, or raspberries for variety.

  • Best served the same day for the freshest texture.
