- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or 8 oz whipped topping)
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional, for a crunchy cheesecake twist)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form (if using whipped topping, skip this step).
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Add the sliced strawberries and mini marshmallows, stirring gently to coat everything in the creamy dressing.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Just before serving, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top for an extra cheesecake touch!
