Ingredients

  • 16 large strawberries (hulled)
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Optional: melted chocolate for drizzle

Instructions

  • Prep the Strawberries – Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut off the tops and hull them using a small knife or spoon, creating a small well.
  • Make the Filling – In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fill the Strawberries – Transfer the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag or plastic bag with the tip cut off. Pipe the filling into each strawberry.
  • Graham Cracker Topping – Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the filled strawberries.
  • Optional Drizzle – If desired, melt chocolate and drizzle over the top for extra flavor.
  • Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors set. Enjoy!
