- 16 large strawberries (hulled)
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Optional: melted chocolate for drizzle
Instructions
- Prep the Strawberries – Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut off the tops and hull them using a small knife or spoon, creating a small well.
- Make the Filling – In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fill the Strawberries – Transfer the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag or plastic bag with the tip cut off. Pipe the filling into each strawberry.
- Graham Cracker Topping – Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the filled strawberries.
- Optional Drizzle – If desired, melt chocolate and drizzle over the top for extra flavor.
- Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors set. Enjoy!
