Description

A creamy, frothy punch with pineapple and coconut flavors, topped with whipped cream and shredded coconut for a snowy holiday vibe!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups pineapple juice, chilled
  • 2 cups coconut milk (or cream of coconut for a sweeter version)
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda (like Sprite), chilled
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (or coconut sorbet)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (for garnish)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

 

  • Maraschino cherries (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • In a large punch bowl or pitcher, mix pineapple juice, coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  • Add scoops of vanilla ice cream and crushed ice. Stir gently to create a frothy texture.
  • Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda and mix lightly.
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with shredded coconut.

 

  • Garnish with maraschino cherries, serve immediately, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an adult version, add 1 cup of coconut rum or vodka.
  • Use ginger ale instead of lemon-lime soda for a different twist.
