- 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions
- In a large punch bowl or pitcher, mix pineapple juice, coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Add scoops of vanilla ice cream and crushed ice. Stir gently to create a frothy texture.
- Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda and mix lightly.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries, serve immediately, and enjoy!
