  • Category: Salad
  • Method: No-Bake
  • Cuisine: American
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 large Granny Smith apples (or any tart apple), chopped
  • 6 full-size Snickers bars, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional, for extra crunch)

Instructions

  • Make the pudding base: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for about 2 minutes to thicken.
  • Fold in whipped topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  • Add apples & Snickers: Stir in the chopped apples and Snickers pieces until evenly coated.
  • Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
  • Serve: Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving and sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.

Notes

  • Best served the same day to keep the apples from getting too soft.
  • Use lemon juice (1 tbsp per cup of chopped apples) if you want to prevent browning.
  • Variations: Try adding mini marshmallows or swapping out Snickers for Milky Way or Twix!
