Ingredients
Units
Scale
- 4 large Granny Smith apples (or any tart apple), chopped
- 6 full-size Snickers bars, chopped
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional, for extra crunch)
Instructions
- Make the pudding base: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for about 2 minutes to thicken.
- Fold in whipped topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Add apples & Snickers: Stir in the chopped apples and Snickers pieces until evenly coated.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
- Serve: Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving and sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.
Notes
- Best served the same day to keep the apples from getting too soft.
- Use lemon juice (1 tbsp per cup of chopped apples) if you want to prevent browning.
- Variations: Try adding mini marshmallows or swapping out Snickers for Milky Way or Twix!
