Description

These S’mores Pudding Cups are a fun, no-bake twist on the classic campfire treat! With layers of crushed graham crackers, rich chocolate pudding, and toasted marshmallows, they’re a delicious and easy dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chocolate shavings (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • Prepare the pudding: In a bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  • Assemble the layers: In small serving cups or jars, layer 1 tablespoon of crushed graham crackers at the bottom, followed by ¼ cup of chocolate pudding. Repeat the layers if desired.
  • Top with marshmallows: Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
  • Toast the marshmallows: Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows until golden brown. If you don’t have a torch, place the cups under the broiler for 30 seconds to 1 minute (watch carefully to prevent burning).
  • Garnish and serve: Top with chocolate chips, whipped cream, or extra graham cracker crumbs. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make ahead: Assemble the cups in advance and add marshmallows just before serving.
  • Customize it: Use vanilla or peanut butter pudding for a fun twist!
  • Dairy-free version: Use dairy-free pudding and plant-based milk alternatives.
