Instructions
- Prepare the pudding: In a bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Assemble the layers: In small serving cups or jars, layer 1 tablespoon of crushed graham crackers at the bottom, followed by ¼ cup of chocolate pudding. Repeat the layers if desired.
- Top with marshmallows: Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
- Toast the marshmallows: Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows until golden brown. If you don’t have a torch, place the cups under the broiler for 30 seconds to 1 minute (watch carefully to prevent burning).
- Garnish and serve: Top with chocolate chips, whipped cream, or extra graham cracker crumbs. Serve immediately and enjoy!
