Description
These S’mores Bites are a fun, no-mess way to enjoy s’mores without a campfire! Made with a crunchy graham cracker crust, melted chocolate, and toasted marshmallows, they’re easy to make and perfect for parties, snacks, or a quick sweet treat.

- For the Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 crackers)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- For the Filling:
- 1 full-size chocolate bar (Hershey’s or your favorite) OR 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 12 large marshmallows, cut in half
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a mini muffin tin (12-count) or line with paper liners.
- Make the Graham Cracker Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
- Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each mini muffin cup.
- Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from oven.
- Add the Chocolate:
- Place a small piece of chocolate (or a few chocolate chips) on each warm graham crust.
- Top with Marshmallows & Bake:
- Place a marshmallow half (cut-side down) on top of each chocolate piece.
- Return to the oven and bake for 2–3 minutes, until marshmallows puff up.
- Toast the Marshmallows:
- Switch to broil mode and toast the tops for 30 seconds to 1 minute (watch closely to prevent burning).
- Cool & Serve:
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then gently remove from the muffin tin.
- Enjoy warm or let them cool completely!
Notes
- No oven? Use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows instead of broiling.
- Extra indulgence? Drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel.
- Storage: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days (best enjoyed fresh!).
