Description

These S’mores Bites are a fun, no-mess way to enjoy s’mores without a campfire! Made with a crunchy graham cracker crust, melted chocolate, and toasted marshmallows, they’re easy to make and perfect for parties, snacks, or a quick sweet treat.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • For the Crust:
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 crackers)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • For the Filling:
  • 1 full-size chocolate bar (Hershey’s or your favorite) OR 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 12 large marshmallows, cut in half

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a mini muffin tin (12-count) or line with paper liners.
  • Make the Graham Cracker Crust:
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  • Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each mini muffin cup.
  • Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from oven.
  • Add the Chocolate:
  • Place a small piece of chocolate (or a few chocolate chips) on each warm graham crust.
  • Top with Marshmallows & Bake:
  • Place a marshmallow half (cut-side down) on top of each chocolate piece.
  • Return to the oven and bake for 2–3 minutes, until marshmallows puff up.
  • Toast the Marshmallows:
  • Switch to broil mode and toast the tops for 30 seconds to 1 minute (watch closely to prevent burning).
  • Cool & Serve:
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then gently remove from the muffin tin.
  • Enjoy warm or let them cool completely!

Notes

  • No oven? Use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows instead of broiling.
  • Extra indulgence? Drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel.
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days (best enjoyed fresh!).
