Ingredients
-
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
-
1/2 cup honey
-
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions
-
Place chicken thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
-
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ketchup.
-
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
-
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.

Optional: To thicken the sauce, remove chicken and set aside. Whisk 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water, stir into the sauce, then cook on high for 15–20 minutes until thickened. Return chicken and coat in sauce.
-
Serve hot with rice, noodles, or steamed veggies.
Notes
-
You can swap thighs for chicken breasts, but thighs stay juicier.

Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds for extra flavor.
