Instructions
- Prep Ingredients: Add diced potatoes, onion, garlic, sausage, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup (if using), Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme to a slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Slow Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
