Description

This Skinny Taco Dip is a lighter, healthier version of the classic party dip! Made with creamy Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, plus layers of flavorful taco seasoning, fresh veggies, and cheese, this dip is packed with flavor but lower in calories. Perfect for game days, potlucks, or anytime you need a guilt-free snack!

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Base Layer:

  • 1 (8 oz) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or light sour cream)
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 small avocado, diced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

  • Make the Base Layer:

    • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, taco seasoning, and lime juice until smooth and well combined.
    • Spread the mixture evenly into a serving dish (an 8×8-inch dish works well).
  • Add the Toppings:

    • Layer the lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, cheese, olives, red onion, avocado, and cilantro over the base layer.

  • Chill & Serve:
