Description

These Skinny Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Treats are a cool, creamy, and guilt-free dessert! Made with just a few wholesome ingredients, these frozen treats are low in calories, naturally sweet, and packed with fresh strawberry flavor. Perfect for a refreshing summer snack or a light, healthy dessert!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (for a fresh flavor boost)

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice, if needed for blending)

Instructions

  • Blend the Ingredients:

    • In a blender or food processor, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
    • Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little almond milk to help blend.
  • Freeze the Mixture:

    • Pour the mixture into silicone molds, ice cube trays, or a parchment-lined baking dish.
    • Freeze for at least 2–3 hours or until firm.

  • Serve and Enjoy:

    • If using a baking dish, cut into bite-sized squares before serving.
    • Let the treats sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before eating to soften slightly.
