Description

These Sheet Pan S’mores bring all the classic flavors of gooey marshmallows, melty chocolate, and crispy graham crackers—without the need for a campfire! Perfect for parties, movie nights, or anytime you need a quick and easy dessert.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 12 graham cracker sheets, broken in half (24 squares)
  • 2 Hershey’s chocolate bars, broken into pieces
  • 12 large marshmallows, cut in half (or 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows)

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional, for extra drizzle)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Assemble the S’mores Base:

    • Lay half of the graham cracker squares in a single layer on the sheet pan.
  • Add Chocolate & Marshmallows:

    • Place a piece of chocolate on each graham cracker, then top with a marshmallow half (cut side down for better melting).
  • Bake:

    • Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and slightly puffed.
  • Top with More Graham Crackers:

    • Remove from the oven and immediately top each marshmallow with the remaining graham cracker squares, pressing gently to sandwich everything together.
  • Optional Chocolate Drizzle:

    • Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between. Drizzle over the s’mores for extra decadence.

  • Serve & Enjoy:

    • Let cool slightly before serving. Eat warm for the best gooey texture!

Notes

  • For Extra Crunch: Add a sprinkle of sea salt before serving.
  • Make It Fancy: Swap milk chocolate for dark or white chocolate.

  • Storage: Best eaten fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
