Shamrock Pretzel Pops are a fun and easy St. Patrick’s Day treat made with pretzels, melted chocolate, and lollipop sticks. The pretzels form the shape of a shamrock, while the green chocolate coating adds a festive touch. Perfect for parties, gifts, or a fun holiday snack!

36 mini pretzel twists (3 per shamrock)
12 pretzel sticks (for stems)
12 oz (340g) green candy melts or white chocolate + green food coloring
12 lollipop sticks
White or gold sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare a Baking Sheet – Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- Melt the Chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the green candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth. If using white chocolate, stir in green food coloring.
- Assemble the Shamrocks – Arrange 3 mini pretzel twists in a shamrock shape on the parchment paper. Place a pretzel stick at the bottom to create the stem.
- Add the Lollipop Stick – Dip the top of a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and place it under the center of the shamrock.
- Coat with Chocolate – Spoon or drizzle melted chocolate over the pretzels, making sure they are well covered. Use a toothpick to spread the chocolate if needed.
- Decorate – Add white or gold sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet for extra flair.
- Let Set – Allow the pops to set at room temperature or refrigerate for about 15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
- Enjoy! – Once hardened, gently lift the Shamrock Pretzel Pops from the parchment and enjoy!

- If you don’t have candy melts, use white chocolate chips with a bit of coconut oil for smooth melting.
- Use different sprinkles, edible glitter, or gold dust for a more festive look.
