- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled (pork, turkey, or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scramble Eggs: In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook over medium heat in a skillet until soft and scrambled. Remove from heat.
- Prepare Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Fill & Roll: Spoon scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese onto the wider end of each crescent roll. Roll up tightly.
- Bake: Place on the baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
