Description

These flaky, cheesy roll-ups are packed with scrambled eggs, sausage, and gooey cheese—all wrapped in buttery crescent dough. They’re great for meal prep and perfect for busy mornings!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled (pork, turkey, or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scramble Eggs: In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook over medium heat in a skillet until soft and scrambled. Remove from heat.
  • Prepare Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  • Fill & Roll: Spoon scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese onto the wider end of each crescent roll. Roll up tightly.
  • Bake: Place on the baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Serve warm with ketchup, hot sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

  • Make it Spicy: Add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the eggs.
  • Make it Healthier: Use whole wheat crescent dough and turkey sausage.
  • Meal Prep Friendly: Freeze after baking and reheat in the oven or air fryer for a quick breakfast.
