Description

These Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents are buttery, flaky, and filled with a creamy, cheesy sausage mixture. They’re a crowd-pleasing treat that’s perfect for parties, brunch, or a quick snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage (pork or turkey), cooked and crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Filling:
    • In a bowl, mix cooked sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Assemble the Crescents:
    • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
    • Place 1 heaping tablespoon of the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
    • Roll up starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides slightly to seal the filling.
  • Bake to Golden Perfection:
    • Place the crescents on the baking sheet seam-side down.
    • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
