Description

This sweet and salty holiday popcorn is coated in white chocolate and loaded with crunchy pretzels, red & green M&M’s, and festive sprinkles. It’s easy to make and perfect for Christmas snacking!


Ingredients

  • 8 cups popped popcorn (about 1/3 cup unpopped kernels)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
  • 1 cup mini pretzels, broken into pieces
  • 3/4 cup red and green M&M’s
  • 1/4 cup festive holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  • Prepare popcorn – Pop your popcorn and remove any unpopped kernels. Spread it out on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Coat the popcorn – Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn, tossing gently to coat.
  • Add toppings – Sprinkle the pretzels, M&M’s, and holiday sprinkles over the popcorn while the chocolate is still warm. Gently mix.
  • Set and serve – Let the popcorn cool for about 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Break into pieces and serve!

Notes

  • Use different colored M&M’s for other holidays!
  • Add crushed candy canes for a peppermint twist.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
