This sweet and salty holiday popcorn is coated in white chocolate and loaded with crunchy pretzels, red & green M&M’s, and festive sprinkles. It’s easy to make and perfect for Christmas snacking!

- 8 cups popped popcorn (about 1/3 cup unpopped kernels)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
- 1 cup mini pretzels, broken into pieces
- 3/4 cup red and green M&M’s
- 1/4 cup festive holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare popcorn – Pop your popcorn and remove any unpopped kernels. Spread it out on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Coat the popcorn – Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn, tossing gently to coat.
- Add toppings – Sprinkle the pretzels, M&M’s, and holiday sprinkles over the popcorn while the chocolate is still warm. Gently mix.
- Set and serve – Let the popcorn cool for about 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Break into pieces and serve!
Notes
- Use different colored M&M’s for other holidays!
- Add crushed candy canes for a peppermint twist.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
