- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Prepare the Mixture:
- In a large bowl, mix together the salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well combined, then shape into 6-8 patties.

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
- These patties can be baked at 400°F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
