- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate:
- Place chopped dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth (about 1–1.5 minutes total).
- Alternatively, melt using a double boiler over low heat.
- Mix in Flavor Enhancers (Optional):
- Stir in vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup, if using.
- Spread the Chocolate:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the sheet and spread it into an even layer (about ¼-inch thick).
- Add the Nuts & Sea Salt:
- Sprinkle hazelnuts and pistachios evenly over the melted chocolate.
- Lightly press the nuts into the chocolate so they stick.

- Chill & Set:
