- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers (or 4 hibiscus tea bags)
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)
- 1/3 cup honey, sugar, or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups cold water or ice cubes

Instructions
- Brew the hibiscus tea: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add dried hibiscus flowers (or tea bags). Let steep for 10–15 minutes, until deep red.

- Add lemon juice: Let the tea cool slightly, then stir in freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Chill and serve: Add 2 cups of cold water or ice and stir well. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Garnish and enjoy: Serve over ice with lemon slices and fresh mint for a refreshing twist!
Notes
- Make it fizzy: Replace cold water with sparkling water for a bubbly version.
- Want it stronger? Let the hibiscus steep longer or use more flowers.
- Spice it up: Add a cinnamon stick or a few slices of fresh ginger while brewing.
- Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
