- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries – Slice off the tops of the strawberries and use a small spoon or melon baller to hollow them out slightly.
- Make the Filling – In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
- Fill the Strawberries – Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into each hollowed-out strawberry.
- Top with Blueberries – Place one blueberry on top of each filled strawberry.
- Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy cold!
