Juicy strawberries stuffed with a rich cheesecake filling and topped with fresh blueberries—an easy, festive, and delicious treat!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • Prepare the Strawberries – Slice off the tops of the strawberries and use a small spoon or melon baller to hollow them out slightly.
  • Make the Filling – In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  • Fill the Strawberries – Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into each hollowed-out strawberry.
  • Top with Blueberries – Place one blueberry on top of each filled strawberry.

  • Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy cold!

Notes

  • For extra crunch: Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
  • Dairy-free option: Use dairy-free cream cheese and coconut whipped cream.

  • Make ahead: Can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the fridge.
