Description

These fruity, citrusy ice cubes take your mimosas to the next level! Made with fresh raspberries, lemon juice, and a splash of champagne, they add a burst of flavor while keeping your drink chilled without dilution. Perfect for brunches, bridal showers, or any celebration!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or simple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine raspberries, lemon juice, honey, and water. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds (optional).
  • Stir in the orange juice and champagne.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • Add the frozen cubes to your mimosas or any sparkling drink for a fun, flavorful twist!

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, replace champagne with sparkling water or ginger ale.
  • You can also add a few whole raspberries into the ice cube tray before freezing for a decorative touch.
  • Works great in lemonade, iced tea, or even club soda for a refreshing drink.
