Instructions
- In a blender, combine raspberries, lemon juice, honey, and water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds (optional).
- Stir in the orange juice and champagne.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Add the frozen cubes to your mimosas or any sparkling drink for a fun, flavorful twist!
