Description

This quick and easy creamy garlic sauce is perfect for adding rich flavor to pasta, chicken, veggies, or as a dipping sauce. Made with simple ingredients, it’s ready in under 15 minutes and brings a deliciously smooth and garlicky touch to any dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Melt the butter: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Cook the garlic: Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes, until fragrant (be careful not to burn).
  • Add the cream: Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly.
  • Mix in cheese & seasoning: Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly (about 3–5 minutes).
  • Finish & serve: Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately over pasta, chicken, or vegetables.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, simmer a bit longer until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
