  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C). Remove from the skillet and let rest for a couple of minutes.
  • Shred the chicken: Once the chicken is cooled enough to handle, shred it into bite-sized pieces using two forks.
  • Assemble the wraps: Warm the tortillas in the skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds to soften. Place some shredded chicken in the center of each tortilla, then top with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
  • Fold and serve: Add a dollop of sour cream and salsa, if desired. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly to create a wrap. Cut in half and serve immediately.
