- 1 cup pulled pork, cooked
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for dipping)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix pulled pork with BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 9 squares.
- Spoon pulled pork mixture into the center of each square and top with shredded cheese.
- Fold pastry over into a triangle or rectangle and press edges to seal with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash (egg + 1 tbsp water) for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until puff pastry is golden and crispy.
