Instructions
Toast the Baguette Slices:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
2. Make the Cranberry-Pomegranate Topping:
- In a food processor, pulse the cranberries, pomegranate arils, honey, balsamic vinegar, cinnamon (if using), orange zest, and orange juice until finely chopped but still slightly chunky.
- Stir in the chopped mint or rosemary. Set aside.
3. Assemble the Bruschetta:
- Place a slice of Brie on each toasted baguette round.
