These cheesy, saucy, and flavorful pizza sliders are made with soft Hawaiian rolls, layered with pepperoni, mozzarella, and marinara sauce. Baked to golden perfection, they’re a fun twist on classic pizza and great for sharing!

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Sliders:

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (or dinner rolls)
  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2025 slices of pepperoni (or your favorite pizza toppings)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Prepare the rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally (keep them connected). Place the bottom half in the prepared dish.
  • Layer the fillings: Spread half of the marinara sauce over the rolls. Sprinkle half of the cheese, then add the pepperoni slices. Top with the remaining cheese and the rest of the sauce.
  • Add the top layer: Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  • Make the garlic butter topping: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Variations: Try adding cooked sausage, mushrooms, or bell peppers for extra flavor.
  • Make it vegetarian: Skip the pepperoni and add more veggies.
  • Dipping sauce: Serve with extra marinara or ranch dressing for dipping.
