1 loaf French bread, sliced in half lengthwise

6 oz green olives with pimentos, chopped

1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened

3/4 lb Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the chopped black olives, green olives, green onions, softened butter, mayonnaise, and shredded cheese.

Spread the mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
